Mobile Deposit

Save gas, time, and stress! Make deposits to your checking account(s) anywhere, anytime with Mobile Deposit. Depositing checks with the mobile app is a snap!

STEP 1: Endorse Your Check

Check must be properly endorsed with Signature, "For Mobile Deposit Only EdiFi CU" and Member Number.  Mobile deposits with improper endorsements will be returned.

STEP 2: Add Deposit Details & Photos

  1. In the app, select “Check Deposit” and then “New Deposit.”
  2. Select the account to which you would like to deposit the check and enter the amount of the deposit.
  3. Obtain photos of the front and back of the check:
    1. Place the check on a flat, dark-colored, well-lit, non-reflective surface. Ensure the top, bottom, and side edges of the check are visible in your camera preview window prior to taking the picture.
    2. Click “Take Photo Front” to take a picture of the front of the check.
    3. Then click “Take Photo Back” to take a picture of the back of the check.

STEP 3: Confirm Details & Submit!

That’s it! Your funds will be available within three (3) business days.

Note: Any deposit made after 6:00 p.m. EST may not be processed until the next business day. Please store the original check in a safe place for 60 days. Once you have verified the deposit has been applied to your account, securely destroy (e.g. shred) after this time frame.

Checks deposited must be endorsed “For Deposit Only EdiFi CU Mobile” or the deposit will be rejected.  If that happens, simply add the proper endorsement and re-deposit.

Bill Pay

Set up, pay, and manage your bills from the comfort of your home! With Bill Pay and an EdiFi checking account, you’ll be able to:

  • Add a company manually or by taking a picture of your bill with your phone
  • Activate "Quick eBill Activation" to be alerted when bills are due
  • Organize your bills by creating groups
  • View Bill Pay activity
  • Transfer money internally, or externally to other financial institutions

To access Bill Pay from Online Banking, click on "Pay Bills" from the Accounts screen.

Note: The first time you enroll, you will need to click on, “What else can I do?” in order to proceed to the Bill Pay Main Menu.

To access Bill Pay from our Mobile App, click on Transfer and Pay.
