EdiFi Credit Union 2026 Annual Meeting

EdiFi Credit Union’s Annual Meeting, will beheld Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at O'Connor's in Eastampton at 6pm.

Members are invited to join us for an evening dedicated to reflecting on our progress, sharing updates, and planning for a brighter financial future together.

This meeting is an excellent opportunity to:

• Gain insights into EdiFi’s achievements and challenges over the past year.
• Hear from our Board of Directors, Supervisory Committee, and CEO/President about the financial health and vision of your credit union.
• Ask questions and engage with our leadership team.

This year you'll have two ways to attend the meeting.

1. Attend in person
2. Attend virtually

Additionally, the election for our Board of Directors will be a key component of the meeting. If you are interested in serving on the Board, we welcome your nomination by petition. To qualify, nominees must submit:

1. A statement of qualifications and relevant biographical information.
2. A signed statement indicating your willingness to serve if elected.
3. A petition with signatures from at least 1% of EdiFi’s membership (approximately 258 signatures).

All completed petitions and related materials must be sent to Kaitlyn Higgins at kaitlyn.higgins@edificu.com no later than February 6, 2026.
